Spotl1ght worked with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts Kenya to re-launch its three established properties and position them as a ‘three-stop’ destination to experience the best of Kenya to international consumer and trade media. Primary targets included the UK, mainland Europe and US with secondary targets Asia and Australia.

The PR campaign activity balanced corporate announcements, property specific stories, bespoke media events and press trips. Activity took place from January 2017 to June 2020.

Fairmont Hotels and Resorts Kenya comprise three iconic properties; Fairmont The Norfolk in Nairobi – a celebrated landmark dating back to 1904, Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club spread over 100 acres of manicured lawns and Fairmont Mara Safari Club tucked peacefully in the north-western corner of the Masai Mara. The properties allow travellers to explore the best of east Africa via a three-stop journey from the vibrant city, to the bygone era design of Mount Kenya Safari Club and its picturesque surroundings and finally, a safari adventure and glamping experience at Mara Safari Club.
